CS FOR SENATE BILL NO. 185(FIN) "An Act relating to the basis                                       
for determining eligibility for and the amount of power cost                                        
equalization payments; and providing for an effective date" which had                               
been held in third reading (page 2891) was before the Senate.                                       
                                                                                                    
Senator Leman moved and asked unanimous consent that CS FOR                                         
SENATE BILL NO. 185(FIN) be held in third reading to the April 24                                   
calendar. Without objection, it was so ordered.
